Madrid City Council recognizes the figure of Ouka Leele

In order to remember the figure of the artist Ouka Leele, the Madrid City Council has placed a commemorative plaque in the place where the artist lived and worked. From RocioSantaCruz we want to share this recognition to an artist whose own imaginary and individual symbolic world marked the evolution of contemporary art in a city like Madrid.
