Journalist Teresa Sesé writes an extensive feature in La Vanguardia on the exhibition. Ouka Leele. Barcelona 1978–1980 , which can currently be visited at the gallery. The article focuses on the decisive years the artist spent in Barcelona and on how the city became the place where she began to build the visual universe that would turn her into one of the great icons of the Movida madrileña.

The publication particularly highlights the Peluquería series, created in Montjuïc in the late 1970s, as well as the atmosphere of creative freedom and experimentation that surrounded Ouka Leele during those years alongside artists and key figures of the countercultural scene such as El Hortelano, Nazario, Ceesepe and Pepe Ribas.
